The Company was founded in 2000 by Ioannis Gkritzapis. Since 1975 he worked on the construction of washing machines, dryers, ironing machineries and steam boilers.
All these years, he worked with Hotels complexes, Industrial Laundries, Hospitals, Shipping and Cleaning Companies throughout Greece.
With the knowledge and the experience gained throughout the years, he still continues to stand by the professionals of his field.
The products that he supplies his customers are from European countries and have high standards of manufacturing of high performance that are also used by all European professionals in the field of:
Washing Machines - Alum, Dryers, Ironing Machineries, Folding Machines, Steam Boilers and Air Compressors, steam equipment and accessories.
Different types to distribute cloths, in small lots, bags and transport trucks.
Consumable laundry materials, felts, ribbons, straps, staples.
Materials for maintenance and cleaning: Clean Paste, Wax.

FOLDING MACHINES - PRIMA FOLDER
Prima Alfa
Sheets folding machine in one, two or three lines.
Folds sheets, blankets, tablecloths and beach towels.
It is made with simplicity, reliability and guarantees the accuracy of the folding.
This is achieved by adopting the principle of reversing and a mechanical system with blades.
The display mode (touch screen) is equipped with a PLC computer that allows many folding programs according to the requirements of clothing.
Perfect for polyester clothing with the By Pass system for all foldings upon request.

Prima Beta
The machine is suitable for folding such as pillowcases, towels and table napkins. All folding are done with pallets from reinforced Fiberglass that are moved by pneumatic pistons. The folding result is due to the absorption system which epanafpologizei the form of the folded piece.
It is equipped with safety covers that protect the operator from the danger zone of the moving parts. The control systems include an advanced PLC with multiple programs, touch screen for information and settings. General switcher, start and stop button, manometer reading the air pressure and meter pieces.

Folding machine for different small pieces.
The folding is achieved through perforated fins and cylinder control, via fixed-absorbent plates that allows a precise and always a perfect size, regardless of the type of fabric or the texture of the conveyor belt. Constructively, the type C folding machine is an advanced one, performing ten different types of folding. The control systems include an advanced PLC with multiple programs, touch screen for information and settings. General switcher, start and stop button, manometer reading the air pressure and meter pieces.

Towels folding machine.
This machine is suitable for folding towels.

The folding «principle» of the machine is based on the "First to Last" system reverse engineered without the help of fins and blades. The stacking system can be adapted to the needs and the space available to the client.
